The hotel is a 3-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge (10-12 minutes on foot), with the Rialto vaporetto water bus stop about 5 minutes away. The Alilaguna water bus from the airport stops at San Marco. From Santa Lucia Train Station, take vaporetto line 2 (€7.50 per person and per suitcase) to Rialto, then walk 10 minutes to the hotel. Restaurants, cafés (including several within 0.5 km), and gondola stops are less than a minute away. The area is pedestrian-only with cobblestones and a bridge, so luggage can require a porter; the hotel can arrange this.

Room types include Comfort, Superior, Junior Suite, and Family Room, with the option of an annex building (30-200 metres from the main hotel). Junior and Family rooms have a sofa bed for up to 4 persons. Some rooms have a walk-in shower, bidet, and hairdryer; all offer a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, soundproof walls, a minibar, and a tea/coffee maker. Rooms in the main hotel overlook typical Venetian streets (no canal views). The annex rooms are often quieter and more spacious, with a kitchenette and roof terrace in the two-bedroom suite. Attic rooms can be very small with limited storage; lower-floor rooms are larger. Comfort and Superior rooms have city views. There is no balcony in any room. The lift serves the main building but the Family Room is only accessible via stairs.
