GETAWAYS AT SEDONA PINES RESORT, Sedona

The resort sits in a quiet area west of Sedona's main tourist corridor, offering a calm atmosphere away from the busier downtown streets. Sedona's central shops and restaurants are a short drive away, while the Chapel of the Holy Cross is 17 km south. Major hiking destinations such as Boynton Canyon are 15-20 minutes by car, and the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is 52 km north. Montezuma Well and Montezuma Castle National Monuments are within a scenic drive. Parking is free and available right next to each unit, making car-based exploration the most practical way to access local attractions and neighbouring towns like Cottonwood.

Each bungalow is a self-contained unit with a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a well-stocked kitchen including a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils and a tea-and-coffee maker. The living area has a flat-screen TV, dining table, sofa and wardrobe. The 1-bedroom unit suits a couple or up to three people comfortably, while the 2-bedroom layout with three beds and a sleeper sofa works well for families. Units include a private patio with a table and chairs - some have an outdoor fountain for added ambience. The bathrooms are private with a shower and free toiletries. The cabin-style decor provides a cosy, home-like feel, though the 1-bedroom kitchen has a convection microwave rather than a full oven. All units are non-smoking.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and open year-round from 10:00 to 16:00, with a fenced area and sun loungers. Adjacent is a lagoon-style hot tub designated for adults only, creating a quiet relaxation space. The fitness centre is available free of charge. For leisure, the resort offers a mini-golf course, table tennis, basketball hoop, and a children's playground. Evening entertainment - such as cultural programmes - is hosted at the activity centre. The well-maintained grounds include fountains and streams, adding to the peaceful setting. Free laundry facilities are located near the spa area, allowing guests to relax while their clothes are washed. The combination of active and relaxing options makes the resort suitable for families, couples and solo travellers alike.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is free of charge. Parking is free and private, with spaces located directly beside each bungalow - no reservation required. The 24-hour front desk provides concierge and tour desk services to help plan local adventures, and check-in/out is smooth and efficient. A free, on-site laundry room is available with washers, dryers and detergent provided. Cleaning services are included during the stay, and luggage can be stored at the front desk if needed. The property has 24-hour security and smoke alarms throughout. Family rooms and a children's playground are available, though pets are not permitted. A ramp at the front entrance of each unit improves accessibility.
