T-Mobile Arena is about 20 minutes' drive away, and the Las Vegas Strip is roughly 15 minutes by car or taxi. A taxi stand is conveniently located across the street at the Plaza. Parking is free on site with no reservation needed, making car access straightforward for downtown exploration. For getting to the Strip, mass transit routes are reachable from the Fremont area, though a cab or ride-share is the most direct option.

Accommodation options range from compact standard rooms (approximately 11 m²) to larger suites with sofa beds and rain shower heads. Standard rooms include a flat-screen cable TV, radio, air conditioning, heating, and a private bathroom. Suites on floors three and above offer more space, and the Penthouse suites include a medium fridge and upgraded bathroom fixtures.
