The hotel sits on a pedestrian street in central Venice, with the Rialto waterbus stop 350 metres away. From Marco Polo Airport the Alilaguna orange line reaches Rialto in about 55 minutes (15 EUR); from Santa Lucia train station line 2 of the ferry takes 10 minutes to Rialto. St. Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace are a 5-minute walk in one direction, the Rialto Bridge and its shops and restaurants 3-5 minutes in the other. Numerous cafés and restaurants line the surrounding streets within a 5-minute radius. The cruise port is reachable by Alilaguna blue line from St. Mark's Square (8 EUR) or by private water taxi from the Rialto pier (80-100 EUR). Parking is only available at Piazzale Roma (paid garages), with a 20-minute waterbus connection to Rialto.

Rooms are recently renovated with carpeted floors, antique furniture, and modern bathrooms with shower or tub, hairdryer and toiletries. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower or bath. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, minibar, safe, desk, telephones, and blackout shutters. Some rooms feature a terrace with a table and chairs overlooking St. Mark's bell tower. Room layouts vary in size: some are described as compact while others are more spacious, particularly triple rooms. The street-facing rooms can be noisy from pedestrian traffic and early-morning deliveries, especially on the lower floors. A lift serves all floors, though some rooms may require climbing a few steps from the lift landing. Kettles are available on request. The air conditioning is effective but may be turned off seasonally. Some rooms are attic-style and only reachable via stairs.

The included daily breakfast offers a buffet with fresh fruit, cereals, fruit juice, scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, sliced meats and cheeses, plus tea and coffee machines. Breakfast time must be scheduled at check-in for the following morning. The breakfast room is small and can feel crowded at peak times. In-room breakfast can be served on the terrace for those rooms with one, but is otherwise not available. There is no restaurant or bar for lunch or dinner, but the surrounding area has many restaurants and cafés within a 2-3 minute walk. A paying bar is located in the breakfast area for espresso or cappuccino outside of breakfast hours.

The hotel does not operate any wellness facilities. Leisure options are limited to exploring the historic centre on foot, taking guided tours or excursions arranged through reception, and visiting nearby cultural attractions such as Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo, Palazzo Fortuny, and the Chiesa di Santa Maria del Giglio.

The reception is manned 24 hours and offers concierge service, tour and excursion booking, and free luggage storage both before check-in and after checkout. The hotel has a lift (though some rooms require a few steps). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Daily housekeeping is included. Safety deposit boxes are in each room, and the building has 24-hour security, fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. Business facilities include fax/photocopying.
