The Accademia vaporetto stop is a one-minute walk across the bridge, making the hotel easily reachable from the airport (Alilaguna orange line to Sant'Angelo or bus 5 to Piazzale Roma then vaporetto 1 or 2) and from Santa Lucia train station (vaporetto 1 or 2 to Accademia). Saint Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge are within a 10-minute walk, and the Dorsoduro district, Bacari bars, and Calle XXII Marzo luxury shopping are minutes away. The hotel has its own private jetty for water-taxi drop-off. For drivers, parking is 20-30 minutes away on foot; paid garages at Tronchetto (€22 per day) or Garage San Marco (€45 per day) offer a 10% discount voucher.

Room views look onto the palace lobby, a garden, or Venetian rooftops-no rooms overlook the Grand Canal or have a balcony. Quadruple rooms are available either on one level or with a mezzanine (two floors, sleeping up to four with flexible bed arrangements: double and two singles, all singles, or two doubles). Triple rooms also offer a mezzanine option. Double rooms are standard single-floor units. Some rooms have garden and courtyard views; those facing the inner courtyard tend to be quieter, while rooms on lower floors near the entrance may pick up hallway noise. Power-saver key system means the air conditioning turns off when the room key is removed. Some bathrooms are compact, with showers that can splash water onto the floor. Bedding quality is generally comfortable, though a few rooms may have older pillows and linens. The property has a lift, making luggage and wheelchair movement manageable.

The breakfast includes pastries, bread, ham, cheese, eggs, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice. The breakfast room seats around five to six tables, so guests arriving later may need to wait for a free table. Coffee and tea making facilities (electric kettle) are provided in each room. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but several excellent eateries, cafés, and gelaterias are within a 0.3-0.5 km walk, including Bar Da Gino, A Beccafico, Spaghetteria, and Gelateria Al Teatro. The surrounding San Marco district places major art sites (Gallerie dell'Accademia, Punta della Dogana, Palazzo Grassi) within a few minutes' walk, and the Bacari area offers classic Venetian bar-hopping.
