It is 4-5 minutes on foot from both Santa Lucia railway station and Piazzale Roma, where airport buses, mainland buses, and ACTV vaporetto water-bus stops are located-no boat needed to reach the hotel. Rialto Bridge is a 20-minute walk, St. Mark's Square a 30-minute walk, and the Accademia a 20-minute walk. The area is populated by students and lecturers, with many shops, cafés, bookshops, and traditional Venetian bacari (osterias) within a few hundred meters. For drivers, Piazzale Roma garages are a short walk away and the hotel provides a discount voucher. Bus n.5 runs from the airport to Piazzale Roma every 20 minutes (about 25-30 minutes). The nearest vaporetto stops are at Piazzale Roma and the train station, both about 5 minutes away. To reach the cruise terminal, walk 3-4 minutes to Piazzale Roma, then take the People Mover monorail (total cost €1.50 per person).

The hotel offers Classic, Superior, Deluxe, and Triple rooms, each furnished in 18th-century Venetian style with frescoes, Baroque art, and handcrafted fabrics.
