The area is quiet at night, but there are no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. The location is ideal for motorists arriving from the mainland - you drive directly onto the island. For exploring Venice, a Vaporetto pass is essential: the journey to St. Mark's Square takes around 35 minutes. A direct water taxi from Marco Polo Airport is also available. Use the free luggage storage to start sightseeing immediately, even if you arrive before check-in.

Rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV, a work desk, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. For easier suitcase access and more floor space, a twin room is a better choice over a king room. There is no wardrobe - only a short rail with hangers - and no free bottled water (a white-coloured water dispenser is available in the hallway).
