Hotel Antiche Figure enjoys a prime location directly on the Grand Canal, just across the Scalzi Bridge from Venice Santa Lucia Train Station. This makes arrival by train effortless - you can see the hotel as you exit the station. Buses to Marco Polo Airport depart from the nearby bus station. The hotel is also steps from a vaporetto stop, providing easy water access to all parts of Venice. St Mark's Square is a pleasant 20-minute walk along the canal, while Piazzale Roma, the city's bus terminal, is only 5 minutes away. Parking is available at two garages (Garage San Marco and Autorimessa Comunale) a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The surrounding area is lively but the hotel itself remains quiet thanks to soundproof windows.

Rooms are individually decorated with historic classic-style furniture and tapestries, featuring Murano glass and chandeliers. All rooms have a private bathroom with hairdryer and vanity mirror. Room sizes average 20 m2. De Luxe Rooms and Junior Suites overlook the Grand Canal, while Superior Rooms face the side streets. A few rooms have a small balcony (standing only) - request at booking but cannot be guaranteed. The main building has a lift serving Superior and Deluxe rooms; the annex (Residence Suites and Canopy Bedrooms) is 30 metres away and only accessible by stairs, though staff assist with luggage. All rooms are soundproofed, ensuring a quiet night's sleep even on the canal side. Junior Suites Grand Canal can accommodate up to 4 guests with a sofa bed. Air conditioning and heating are available.

The buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and served from 7:15 to 10:00. Offerings include fresh fruits, cold meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, pancakes, eggs, and made-to-order coffee. Special dietary options (vegetarian, gluten-free) are available on request. Breakfast can be served in the room for an additional €4.
