Despite the central location, the street remains relatively quiet at night, and walking is the most practical way to get around. For those arriving by car, no parking is available, so public transport is essential.

Rooms are compact, typical for Tokyo, and some are very small - the Economy Double is especially tight for two people with luggage. The design is modern but many rooms are dated, with worn walls and older fixtures. Some rooms have glass-walled bathrooms or a glass window into the room, which may not suit everyone. Deluxe King rooms and suites offer more space, a bathtub, and a seating area. The Concept Twin and Business Suite can accommodate an extra bed for a third person at an additional charge. Road-facing rooms can be noisier; interior rooms are quieter. No rooms have a balcony. Smoking rooms may retain a strong cigarette smell, even after deodorization.

Breakfast is not included in any reservation. A simple packed breakfast of two sandwiches and juice can be ordered from the front desk before 19:00. For a wider or hot breakfast, numerous cafes and family restaurants are within a short walk. The surrounding area has an abundance of dining options, from izakaya to sushi, all within a few minutes on foot. Drink vending machines are available on site for quick refreshments.

The hotel does not have a spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool. Leisure options are limited to exploring the surrounding Shibuya area, including Yoyogi Park, shopping, and dining. For those seeking relaxation, the Deluxe King and suite rooms offer a bathtub, which can be a personal comfort after a day of walking.

The 24-hour reception handles late arrivals and offers luggage storage before check-in and after checkout, which is practical for exploring Shibuya with luggage.
