HABITACION PRIVADA EN PISO COMPARTIDO LEPANTO, Barcelona

The property is in a central Eixample location, 400 metres from Sagrada Família, making it ideal for sightseeing. Passeig de Gracia (2 km), Casa Batllo (2 km) and La Pedrera (2 km) are within walking distance. The nearest metro stop is about 50 metres away, providing direct access to the city centre and transport hubs. Barcelona El Prat Airport is 15 km away. The area is safe and well served by local amenities including several cafés, bars and supermarkets within 0.5 km. Plaça de Catalunya is 3 km and Park Güell is 4 km away.

Each double room includes a wardrobe, a desk, an electric kettle and free toiletries. Some rooms overlook the city. All rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower and hairdryer. The building is older and poorly maintained: walls are thin, rooms can be noisy from neighbours and street traffic, and a lack of soundproofing means noise carries from the shared areas. There is no air conditioning - only a fan is provided, which may not be sufficient on hot days. Some rooms have a musty smell or dampness. Bed quality is described as comfortable by some, but others report the mattress as uncomfortable. The building has a lift.
