The guesthouse sits on the edge of the trendy Gracia neighbourhood, known for its village-like atmosphere, independent boutiques, and lively squares. Lesseps Metro Station (L3) is 3-5 minutes on foot, providing direct access to the city centre in about 10 minutes. Park Güell is a 6-10 minute walk. Barcelona Airport is 20 km away, reachable by metro and train in roughly 40 minutes. A supermarket is located on the ground floor, and a wide selection of bars and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The area is safe and well-lit at night, with excellent bus connections including the N24 night bus. Public transport is efficient, so a car is not needed.

Rooms are available as doubles, twins, or family rooms. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Bed linen and towels are provided. Rooms feature parquet floors, a wardrobe, desk, and chairs. Some rooms have a balcony or a small seating area. Room sizes vary: some are compact, while others are spacious enough for families of three. During warmer months, the lack of air conditioning means rooms rely on ceiling or standing fans; windows can be opened but street-facing rooms may experience traffic noise. Inter-room sound insulation is minimal, so rooms away from the street are recommended for lighter sleepers. The shared kitchen on the same floor includes a hob, microwave, fridge, and basic cookware. No television is provided in rooms. Heating is available in cooler months.
