The hotel sits directly on the beach, just 25 yards from the water, and is located on the southern end of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is 900 metres away, Myrtle Beach Convention Center is 2 km, and Myrtle Beach International Airport is 4 km (3-6 km) south. The Sky Wheel is 6-7 blocks (about a 10-minute walk) along the boardwalk. Many restaurants, bars, and shops-including Starbucks, Marco Polo, Coco Cabana Island Cantina, City Pizza, and Beach Burgers-are within a 5-10-minute stroll. Super Walmart is about 3-6 km away; a Walmart Neighborhood Market is 3 km. The immediate area is well-lit and safe for walking, though some pockets of the boardwalk and nearby streets can feel less secure late at night. Beach access is free and directly in front of the property.

All units include air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker (standard coffee pot, not Keurig), a flat-screen HD cable TV, and a private bathroom. Oceanfront rooms feature a balcony directly facing the ocean; pool/boulevard-view units face the street or pool area. Select unit types: A-1 and A-2 have jacuzzi tubs; B-1 and B-2 have a full/double bed with a sleeper sofa; C-1 and C-2 include a full kitchen; E units (4th-8th floors) and F units (2nd-9th floors) are also available. The Type I unit is handicap accessible (street-facing, not oceanfront). Rooms with kitchenettes include a stove, oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware. All rooms have private bathrooms; no adjoining rooms are available. Road- and pool-facing rooms are noticeably noisier, especially at night.

The hotel's beachfront cafe is leased to a private operator and open seasonally for breakfast and lunch (typically weekends and holiday periods, with possible extended hours). Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is purchased separately. The cafe also offers a pizza and burger menu (Mama Mia Pizza/Beach Burgers). Two charcoal BBQ grills are available on the grounds for guest use. There is no on-site bar, but numerous restaurants, bars, and food vendors are within walking distance along the boardwalk.

Wellness and leisure facilities include two indoor heated pools (one with a water slide for children), a seasonal outdoor pool (heated September through May), two outdoor children's pools, two hot tubs/Jacuzzis, a lazy river (indoor, shallow), a fitness centre, and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. Pool hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. All pools and hot tubs are free for guests; towels are provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguard service on the beach in front of the hotel. A golf course is within 3 km (additional charge applies).

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Parking is free and private on site (reservation not needed); the main lots are across the street, and additional overflow lots may be up to two blocks away. A limited number of accessible parking spots are next to the building. The front desk operates 24 hours. Luggage storage is available for early arrival or late departure. Guest laundry facilities are located in each building (coin-operated; no in-room units). Housekeeping provides fresh towels daily; room cleaning is available on request. A security deposit of $100 (cash or card) is required at check-in; refunds are processed at check-out. A 14-day cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
