Market Commons, an upscale shopping and dining area, is only a 3 km drive west. Family Kingdom Amusement Park is 2 km from the hotel, and the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel is about a 7-minute drive (6 km north). Broadway at the Beach, with its aquarium, dining, and nightlife, is a short drive. Several grocery stores, including Walmart, are nearby, making it easy to stock the condo's kitchen. The immediate area offers a selection of casual dining spots such as Scooby's Ice Cream Bar & Grill and Crow's Nest Oceanfront Bar & Grill within walking distance.

Guest rooms vary widely, from standard hotel-style rooms with two double beds to expansive multi-bedroom condos. Condos include a fully stocked kitchen, separate living and dining areas, in-unit washer/dryer, and private balconies with ocean views. Bedding configurations differ by unit: some feature king beds in the master bedroom, while others have double or queen beds. The property has 20 floors-rooms on higher floors generally offer better views. Some condos were renovated recently (e.g., luxury vinyl plank flooring), but many units appear older and show wear such as chipped paint, stained furniture, and aged appliances. The connecting-door between rooms can transmit noise and light from the neighboring room.

Sandals restaurant serves an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet daily from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. for $10.95 per adult and $5.95 for children aged 5-10 (children 4 and under are free). The Tiki bar near the pool is open during the summer season for lunch and dinner, offering casual bar food and drinks. There is also an Italian ice stand near the pool. No breakfast is included in third-party bookings. For groceries and self-catering, a Walmart is located close to the property.

The property has an outdoor oceanfront pool, as well as an indoor covered heated pool and lazy river. Both indoor pools are heated. The indoor pool area windows are removed during hurricane season. There is also a hot tub/Jacuzzi. Pools and the beach are just a 20-yard walk from the rooms. The indoor pool area can be crowded and is not always monitored for float rules, which can reduce relaxation. The Tiki bar, karaoke, and shuffleboard offer additional leisure options. The fitness center is clean and well-maintained.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and works well for video calls. Free on-site public parking is available without reservation, but the parking deck has tight spaces and limited capacity, leading to availability issues during peak times. Standard condos include an in-unit washer and dryer, while some smaller room types do not. The front desk can provide beach towel replacements, and housekeeping services vary; some units receive daily cleaning of towels and trash, while others may not get thorough cleaning. Elevators are available but can be slow. Luggage storage may be available by request.
