The hostel is centrally located, within a 4-minute walk of Plaza de España and less than 1 km from Mercado San Miguel and the Temple of Debod. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 18 km away, reachable by metro in about 30 minutes. Gran Via Metro Station and multiple bus lines are nearby, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. A Carrefour supermarket is at the corner, and numerous restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk.

Rooms are dormitories with 8, 10, or 12 beds. Each bed is equipped with a privacy curtain, personal reading light, power outlet, and a secure code-locked under-bed locker large enough for a trolley and backpack. Some rooms have no windows, relying on ventilation units, which can result in poor air quality and odours; rooms with windows or a skylight are preferable. Female-only dorms are available and tend to be lighter and better ventilated. Bedding is provided but you must make your own bed; blankets are provided but sheets are changed between stays. Lockers are included in the room rate.

The communal kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, and fridge - no stove or oven is available. A limited amount of crockery and cutlery is provided. The fridge can become full, so labelling your food is advisable. For a wider meal choice, the surrounding area has numerous restaurants, including Sahara, Vega, and Taqueria Tiki Taco, all within a 5-minute walk.

There is no on-site gym, pool, spa, or leisure area. The main common space is the kitchen-dining room, which also functions as a social area. Guests looking for recreational activities should plan to explore Madrid's many attractions, all within walking distance.
