HOSTEL INN PETRELLA, Milan

Situated on a quiet residential street just off Buenos Aires Avenue, the property offers easy access to supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants. Lima metro station is a few minutes away, providing direct connections to the city centre and major attractions such as Bosco Verticale and Villa Necchi Campiglio. Milan Linate Airport is 7 km away, easily reachable by bus or taxi from the central station. The neighbourhood feels safe and is well-served by public transport, making it practical for both tourists and business travellers.

Room options include private double and single rooms, as well as shared dormitories with 4-6 beds. Dorm beds come with individual blackout curtains, reading lights, power points, and lockable under-bed lockers. Private bathrooms are modern, with a shower, free toiletries, and towels. However, room quality varies: basement-level rooms have limited natural light and can be noisier due to ventilation and plumbing; street-facing rooms may pick up traffic sound. Cleaning consistency has been noted as variable - some areas may still show signs of recent renovation. Beds are generally comfortable, though the upper bunks have a narrow ladder that requires care. Air conditioning is effective but can be loud in some units.

The breakfast spread includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, and fruit, with both hot and cold drinks. The bar operates in the lounge area and offers a small selection of packaged snacks and beverages for purchase. Guests also have access to a shared kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, and fridge for preparing simple snacks and hot drinks.

The shared lounge has comfortable seating, a TV, and a bar area. High-speed WiFi covers the entire property. Luggage storage is provided free of charge before check-in and after check-out, allowing flexible exploration. The reception can issue invoices and assist with late check-in if arranged in advance. Safety features include CCTV, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. The property is fully non-smoking. Note that there is no parking on site, so travellers arriving by car should plan for nearby public parking facilities.
