Pereire Metro station (Line 3) is at the doorstep, providing direct connections to Saint-Lazare, Opéra, and the Champs-Élysées. RER C trains from Pereire station link to central Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport. The Arc de Triomphe is a 15-minute walk, the Eiffel Tower is about 30 minutes on foot, and Parc Monceau is 11 minutes away. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets are within a 1-3 minute walk. Taxis are readily available at the nearby Place du Maréchal Juin. The surrounding neighbourhood has a village-like atmosphere with local shops and bistros on nearby Rue de Lévis.

Rooms are individually styled with warm colours and smart technology, including energy-saving shower heads and card-controlled electricity. Single rooms (10-11 m²) overlook the courtyard and are compact, best suited for short stays. Standard Double rooms (13-14 m²) and Superior Doubles (14-15 m²) offer queen-size beds; Superior rooms face the courtyard for a quiet rest, while Standard Doubles face the street with views of Place Pereire. Deluxe Double and Triple rooms (13-18 m²) are the most spacious, ideal for families, with king-size or twin beds and either a bath or shower.
