The hotel sits on a quiet pedestrian street in the 13th arrondissement, a safe and well-connected area. Place d'Italie station provides metro lines 5, 6, and 7, offering direct routes to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, and other landmarks. The Italie 2 shopping centre is 150 metres away, with numerous restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk. The Catacombs are 2 km away, and the AccorHotels Arena is 2 km. For airport transfers, take metro line 7 to Gare de l'Est for RER B to Charles de Gaulle, or line 6 to Charles de Gaulle-Étoile for the Roissybus.

Standard double rooms are compact, with a wardrobe, heating, and free toiletries. Superior studios add a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dining area - ideal for longer stays or self-catering. All rooms have electric kettles, and some are equipped with hairdryers. Note that there is no lift: rooms are accessed via narrow winding stairs, which may be challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Soundproofing is limited, so noise from neighbouring rooms or the corridor may be noticeable. Daily housekeeping keeps rooms clean, though some units show signs of wear. Heating is available, but there is no air conditioning - windows can be opened for fresh air.

Breakfast is served in-room as a basket prepared by the hotel, including jam, butter, toasted bread, and hot drinks (coffee or tea). It can be ordered at reception the day before.
