The uphill approach may be noticeable after a long day of sightseeing, but the easy subway access reduces the need for extensive walking.

Rooms feature tatami mats and comfortable futons laid out by staff, along with a low seating table, electric kettle, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. Air conditioning, heating, and soundproof walls are standard. Private bathrooms are available, but the in-room bath may be older; the renovated public bath on the 6th floor provides a more modern alternative. Some rooms include a private open-air bath and sauna for an upgraded experience. Room sizes are generous for Tokyo, with many units offering separate toilet and bath areas. Note that ceilings can be low in parts of the room, and there are no balconies. Extra blankets and a cot are available on request.

The highlight is the 6th-floor public bath complex, featuring a spacious open-air bath and an indoor sauna, both free of charge. The facility is gender-separated and tattoo-friendly. Operating hours (15:00-10:00) allow late-night and early-morning use. Massage treatments are available for an additional fee. For leisure, the hotel offers a game room, a shared lounge with a TV, and a sun terrace overlooking a small Zen garden. The terrace provides a quiet outdoor space in the heart of the city. Coin-operated laundry and a vending machine for drinks are also on site.
