Ours Inn Hankyu sits directly across from Oimachi Station, providing immediate access to JR lines, the Rinkai Line and subways. Shinagawa Station is three minutes by train, offering connections to the Yamanote Line and Shinkansen services. The direct airport limousine bus stops outside the hotel, making Haneda Airport transfers simple. Ebisu Garden Place and Tokyo Joypolis are 5 km away, while Oedo Onsen Monogatari is 4 km distant. The station area is well-supplied with grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants and a Starbucks, all within a few minutes' walk. Rooms on upper floors offer views of Tokyo Bay or the city skyline.

Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an electric kettle, refrigerator, slippers and free toiletries. Single rooms are compact but functional, with city views available. Twin rooms are noticeably larger and can comfortably accommodate two guests and luggage. Triple rooms are also available. Rooms include a private entrance, Toto Washlet, trouser press, ironing facilities, and a safe deposit box in some configurations. All rooms have carpeted flooring. Higher-floor rooms, especially in the twin tower, provide harbour views. Road-facing rooms are quiet due to soundproofing. Daily housekeeping is performed if a cleaning sign is displayed by 11:00.

The Garden offers a breakfast buffet from 06:30 to 10:00 daily, serving a mix of Japanese and European items including bread, pastries, yoghurt, salads, and hot dishes, with coffee and tea included. The buffet is noted for its value and includes vegetarian options. The hotel also operates Banquet Room Couleur, serving American and Japanese cuisine. For other meals, the ground floor of the hotel building contains a Family Mart, a Hankyu grocery store, a Starbucks and several casual restaurants serving noodles, pasta, okonomiyaki and more. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants offering everything from ramen to conveyor-belt sushi.

Hotel guests can access the public bath and spa (Oro no Ōsama) on the 4th floor for ¥500 per person. The facility is spacious, containing at least eight different bath types including a high-concentration carbonated bath and an outdoor bath, plus a sauna. The spa is popular with a younger crowd and helps relieve travel fatigue. A separate entrance for hotel guests is provided. The locker-style changing area is modern and well-maintained. Body scrub and massage services are available at an additional charge. There is no swimming pool on site.
