Ikebukuro Station is one of Tokyo's busiest hubs, with 8 train lines serving the area. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Sunshine City, a major shopping and entertainment complex. The surrounding streets are packed with restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and a 7-Eleven directly opposite. Haneda Airport is roughly 50 minutes away by train. No parking is available, so public transport is the recommended option.

The hotel offers double, twin, and triple rooms, all with a private bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Standard double beds measure 206 cm x 140 cm. Some rooms have been renovated and are described as spacious, while others are very small (around 8-15 m2). The air conditioning is centrally controlled, meaning individual temperature adjustment is not possible; a fan can be requested if needed. Traffic noise may affect street-facing rooms. Rooms are non-smoking and include an electric kettle, tea bags, refrigerator, and free toiletries. There are no balconies. Extra beds are only available in Deluxe rooms.

The on-site Italian restaurant Salvatore Cuomo & Bar opens for breakfast (07:00-09:30), lunch, and dinner (11:30-14:30). Breakfast is a buffet with a mix of Japanese and Western dishes.
