Single rooms have no window, while doubles and twins offer city views; suites overlook the inner courtyard. All rooms have soundproof walls, but street-facing windows let in traffic noise - rooms on the courtyard side are quieter. There is no air conditioning, but a fan can be provided. Beds are comfortable, though pillows are thin. The shower has a glass panel but no door, which may cause water to spread on the bathroom floor. Storage is basic (wardrobe in a shelf unit). Housekeeping is done every fourth night unless requested more frequently. No in-room safe or minibar; a refrigerator can be arranged on request.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:30 on weekdays and 8:00 to 10:30 on weekends. The buffet includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice. Hot dishes are not part of the selection. A breakfast bag can be prepared for early departures if requested before noon the previous day. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but the surrounding area has many dining choices within a short walk.

The reception is staffed from mid-morning to early evening; outside these hours, self-check-in is done via a mobile key app. The hotel has a lift, wheelchair access, and facilities for disabled guests. Family rooms are available, and cots can be provided. The property is entirely non-smoking. Housekeeping is free but only performed every four days by default; additional cleaning can be requested. There is no laundry service, but a nearby laundromat is located at Västmannagatan 61B. Pets are not allowed. Only card payments are accepted.
