The hotel sits in Berlin's City West district, directly behind the world-famous KaDeWe department store. Wittenbergplatz U-Bahn station (lines U1, U2, U3) is less than a 2-minute walk, giving direct access to Alexanderplatz and Potsdamer Platz. Bus line 100 stops nearby, providing a scenic route to the Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag. Zoologischer Garten station (1 km) connects to S-Bahn lines S3, S5, S7, S9 and regional trains to the airport (approximately 1 hour via S9 and U2). The Kurfürstendamm shopping boulevard, Gedächtniskirche, and Tiergarten park are all within a 10-15 minute walk. The area is safe with a visible police presence and offers numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and a supermarket within metres.

All rooms feature soundproofed windows, private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, tea/coffee maker, and a seating area. Classic Rooms (TV 45", working desk, cosmetic mirror) are on the 3rd floor and have a more traditional look. Pure Rooms (18-22 m²) are on floors 4-7 with a modern urban design, larger TV (50"), lapdesk, and free 1.0 L mineral water. Pure Plus rooms add a microwave, small fridge, and safe. Rooms facing Bayreuther Straße can experience traffic noise, while inner courtyard rooms are quieter. Beds are double rooms (sold for single use); many are two single beds pushed together, which can separate. The hotel is not air-conditioned - fans are provided in summer, though rooms can become warm. Some rooms have a balcony? No balcony is available. The hotel is non-smoking throughout.

The hotel's former restaurant is permanently closed. Instead, a free self-service breakfast is available in the lobby from approximately 6:00 AM until the pastries run out (often around 9:00 AM). The selection includes several types of croissants (plain, chocolate, sometimes with hazelnut filling), coffee from an automatic machine, tea, and hot chocolate. There is no seating at tables - guests take their items to the lobby lounge area or a small outdoor street terrace. For guests needing a fuller meal or arriving later, numerous cafés, bakeries (e.g., Leckerback across the street), and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk. A small lobby bar with a beverage shop operates as well.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-in, concierge services, tour desk, and express check-in/check-out. Wi-Fi is free in all areas. A vending machine for drinks and a lobby bar are available. Safety deposit boxes are offered for an additional charge. Luggage storage is possible only if space is available at the reception - no dedicated luggage room exists. Pets (cats and dogs) are welcome for a €16 surcharge payable on arrival. Baby cots can be provided if requested at least one day in advance. There is no washer/dryer, but nearby dry cleaners and laundromats are available. The hotel has no pool, spa, or fitness facilities. Public parking costs €3 per hour nearby with no reservation possible; free evening street parking is sometimes available.
