HOTEL LEONARD DE VINCI 75011, Paris

The hotel is centrally located in Paris, 850 metres from Place de la République and a 15-minute walk from Pere Lachaise Cemetery. Metro Parmentier is just 280 metres away, providing direct access to Bastille, Gare de l'Est, and Gare du Nord. Oberkampf metro station is also within a 5-10 minute walk, giving additional connections to the city's main attractions in about 20 minutes. The neighbourhood is lively and safe, with numerous bars, cafés, and restaurants on the doorstep, including options like L'Homme Bleu and Fervere within 300 metres. For those arriving by car, there is no on-site parking, but paid parking is available nearby.

All rooms feature traditional furnishings, double-glazed windows, a TV, and a private bathroom. While some rooms have been renovated with modern bathrooms and fittings, others retain older décor and may show signs of wear. Room sizes are compact, particularly singles, and the bathrooms are often small. The hotel has no air conditioning; in warmer weather, rooms can become uncomfortable. Noise insulation is limited: sounds from the street, neighbouring rooms, and the lift can be audible, especially in rooms facing the street or adjacent to the lift shaft. Some rooms have tile flooring and no carpet. Beds are generally comfortable, though some rooms have twin beds pushed together. Daily housekeeping includes towel changes and bed-making. There are no in-room tea/coffee facilities, and no balcony or terrace is available.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all areas. The 24-hour front desk and security provide flexibility and safety for late arrivals. A lift serves all floors, though it is small and older. Luggage storage is available for early check-in or late departure. Housekeeping is provided daily with fresh towels. The property is non-smoking throughout and has family rooms. No parking, airport shuttle, spa, or pool is available. Pets are not allowed.
