The hotel is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood of Chuo-ku, ideal for rest. Shintomicho Station (Yurakucho Line) is a 3-minute walk, and Hacchobori Station (JR Keiyo Line / Hibiya Line) is about 7 minutes away. Tokyo Haneda Airport is 16 km away; Tokyo Station is walkable in around 25 minutes or a short taxi ride. The area is peaceful yet well-connected, with a busy main street of restaurants and shops just 5 minutes away. A Lawson convenience store is next to the hotel.

Rooms are unusually large for central Tokyo - the Junior Suite measures 25 m2 and comes with two double beds (140 cm wide each) plus a sofa bed, comfortably sleeping four adults and a child. Each room features a private balcony with city views, a private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, air conditioning, heating, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The one-room-per-floor design ensures near-silent corridors and total privacy. Rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with ample space to open large suitcases.
