The property occupies a 19th-century building with no lift and steep spiral staircases. Room types include compact rooms with a shared shower and toilet (4th-floor rooms have no shower on that floor; showers are on other floors) and private-bathroom rooms. Some triple rooms are in the basement; these are larger but have limited ventilation and may experience noise from the street. All rooms include a sink, flat-screen TV with cable channels, heating, and carpeted or parquet floors. Box-spring beds are in some rooms. Rooms facing the street can be noisy due to traffic and pedestrian activity, and doors in shared accommodation may slam. For more comfort and less disturbance, choosing a room with a private bathroom is recommended.
