The Jewish Museum of Florida, Art Deco Historic District, and Versace Mansion are all within easy walking distance. Miami International Airport is 17 km away. Multiple bus routes connect to the airport and downtown. Public parking is available at an off-site lot one to two blocks away.

Each apartment-style unit features a private entrance, a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries, air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, a small refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. Rooms are noted for being spacious with high ceilings. Some rooms have large windows facing the street, which can be noisy; requesting a quieter room away from the main road is recommended. The air conditioning unit in some rooms may be loud. A shared microwave is available in the hallway. No coffee maker or kitchen is provided.

Dining options are plentiful and directly outside the door, with more than a dozen restaurants, cafes, and bars within a 0.5 km radius, covering cuisines from Italian (Casanova, Picciolo), Mexican (Jalapeno Mexican Kitchen), fresh food (Otentic Fresh Food), and casual chains (TGI Fridays). The immediate area allows guests to plan meals conveniently without relying on the property for food.

Lummus Park Beach is easily reached on foot, and the property provides complimentary beach towels, sun umbrellas, and beach chairs for guests to borrow. There is no pool, gym, or spa on-site. The surrounding area offers boating opportunities and the full range of South Beach leisure activities.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. Luggage storage is offered at no charge, allowing guests to explore before check-in or after check-out. Express and private check-in/out are provided, along with digital door codes.
