Queen rooms often include a fridge (request at booking). A few suites have a sofa or love seat. All rooms have a private bathroom. There is no air conditioning, but fans are available. Some road-facing or pub-adjacent rooms can be noisy; rooms away from the restaurant are quieter. The historic building has wooden features, a handmade grand staircase, and public verandas. The property has three floors and no elevator.

The JBI Restaurant serves breakfast (7:30-11:00), lunch, and dinner with international cuisine in a family-friendly atmosphere. The JBI Pub is open daily 11:00-23:00 for meals, pool, darts, and keno.
