Hotel Regno sits on Via del Corso, halfway between the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, both reachable in about 5 minutes on foot. The Spanish Steps are a 7-minute walk, the Colosseum is about 20 minutes, and the Vatican is a short taxi ride (10-20 EUR). The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, cafés, and shops. Barberini metro station is the closest stop, a few minutes' walk away, and several bus lines pass nearby. The hotel is in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so driving to the door is not permitted during the day. Guests arriving by car should use Parking Colonna (100 m) or the garage at Via Ludovisi 60, outside the ZTL. Taxis can be called via app and arrive quickly. This central position makes walking the most practical way to explore the city's main sights.

Rooms are fully renovated with modern, clean decor. All include air conditioning (though central regulation may limit cooling during certain seasons), soundproofed windows, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, minibar, electric kettle, safe, and private bathroom with shower (some with bath). The small double room has a French bed (130 cm wide, usually against a wall) and is not suitable for a twin setup. Standard doubles and larger rooms can accommodate a travel cot. Family rooms sleep up to 4 people, but have no balcony and no interconnecting option. Some rooms offer a private balcony or terrace, ideal for enjoying the street views. Soundproofing is effective when windows are closed, but rooms facing Via del Corso may still let in some street noise with the window open. Given the central location, there are numerous restaurants, trattorias, and cafés within a 2-5 minute walk - including Venchi for gelato, Osteria da Fortunata for pasta, and La Locanda del Tempio for traditional Roman cuisine. The complimentary welcome drink and minibar (first round free) are a nice touch.

The hotel does not have a spa, pool, gym, or wellness centre. The main leisure facility is the rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served and where a bar operates in the evening during warmer months.
