For city exploration, Shinagawa Station is reachable in roughly 15 minutes, and central districts take about 20 minutes. A Seven Eleven and a drugstore are across the street for snacks, drinks, and toiletries. The surrounding area is residential with several restaurants open until late, including izakaya, sushi, and chicken options within a 300-500 metre radius - most are a short walk from the hotel. Taxis to the airport cost around ¥2000-3000 and are a practical fallback when the shuttle is not running.

The hotel offers single, double, and twin rooms, each fitted with standard business-hotel furnishings. The double bed measures 120 cm wide, comfortable for one person but too narrow for two adults to share - two adults plus a child in a double room is not practical. Twin rooms provide two 110 cm beds, a better option for two adults or an adult with a child. The bathrooms are very compact - the toilet sits in a tight space and some travellers have found the arrangement awkward. Rooms on higher floors away from the elevator and the main road tend to be quieter, though soundproofing between rooms is minimal and noise from flushing or corridor activity can be heard. The property is older and the interior decor shows its age; some mattresses are firm and may feel hard to those used to softer bedding. Air conditioning units are effective, but a few rooms have windows that do not close fully, letting in outside air. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and offers a selection of Japanese dishes - rice, miso soup, grilled fish, pickles - alongside bread, margarine, coffee, and juice. Options for Western palates are limited: the spread is focused on Japanese cuisine, and items like butter or varied Western breads may not be available. For travellers leaving before the breakfast service, a simpler option of coffee and small bread rolls is available from 05:00. The hotel provides a dining area on the ground floor where packaged meals from the nearby convenience store can be consumed, and a 24-hour coffee machine is free for guests. The free airport shuttle operates on two schedules: from the hotel to the airport between 04:45 and 10:10 (every 15-20 minutes, departing from the bus stop just outside the neighbouring Toyoko Inn), and from Haneda Airport to the hotel every 30 minutes from 18:35 (Terminal 1) and 22:45 (Terminal 3) until 00:15 - no shuttle runs during the afternoon or early evening. Free luggage storage and lockers are available for guests arriving before check-in or after check-out. A launderette (washing machine and dryer) is on site, and a trouser press is provided. The entire property is non-smoking, with designated smoking areas outside. Wheelchair accessibility includes grab rails, raised toilet, lower bathroom sink, braille signage, and an emergency cord.
