The hotel sits in a business district within easy reach of Tokyo Station (2 stops on the JR Sobu Line). Bakurocho Station (Exit A1) is just steps away, and Asakusabashi Station (Exit C4) is a 7-minute walk, providing access to the Keikyu Line for direct, no-transfer service to Haneda Airport. JR Bakurocho Station connects to Narita Airport without transfers. The neighborhood is quieter than central tourist hubs, with a Family Mart, several restaurants, and a coin laundry within a 1-2 minute walk. Akihabara is about a 10-minute walk, and Kuramae is also nearby. For travellers, the area offers a practical base with multiple transport options.

Rooms are on the smaller side, typical for Tokyo, but vary by category. The Twin Room has 2 single beds; the Double Room has 1 double bed. The Triple Room (2 beds) accommodates up to 3 adults. The Suite is the most spacious, featuring a separate bedroom, a bath, and a seating area - recommended for those who need room for luggage. All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, razor, comb, cotton, slippers, pajamas). A humidifier is available on request. Rooms facing the main road have single-glazed windows and can be noisy; rooms on higher floors or facing the courtyard are noticeably quieter. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs or request a non-street-facing room. Windows cannot be opened, and air conditioning is individually controlled.
