Florence Airport is 7 km away and reachable by tram or taxi. A large Coop supermarket, several pizzerias, cafés and bakeries are all within a 5-10-minute walk. Although the area is safe and well served by public transport, getting to the historic core on foot takes longer than suggested in marketing descriptions - the tram is the practical option for sightseeing.

A range of apartment layouts are available, from studios to two-bedroom units sleeping up to 5 people. All include a private bathroom (some with bath, others with shower), a kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, kitchenware, tea/coffee maker and microwave, plus a dining and seating area.
