While the area is busy and lively, especially at night, some rooms on higher floors or facing the rear courtyard offer quieter conditions. The central location makes a car unnecessary; public transport and walking cover all major attractions.

Standard and larger double/twin rooms are available, all with private bathrooms, carpeted floors, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Some rooms are compact, particularly the standard category; the larger rooms offer more space for two people. Décor and furnishings are functional and may show signs of wear-carpet stains and scuffed walls are occasionally noted. Windows open, but street-facing rooms can pick up noise from the Red Light District; requesting a room on a higher floor or at the rear can improve sleep quality. No rooms have a balcony or mini-fridge. Daily housekeeping is included, and a lift serves all three floors.

The dining offering is limited to a 24-hour free coffee machine, pastries and sweets in the morning, and a small bar in the lobby where wine and champagne can be purchased (additional charge). For proper meals, dozens of restaurants, cafés, and fast-food options are within a few minutes' walk on the same street and surrounding area.
