The hotel sits on a typical Amsterdam canal at Prinsengracht, within 500 metres of Anne Frank House and 1 km from Dam Square. A tram stop is a 3-minute walk for connections to Central Station (8 minutes by tram, 25 minutes on foot). Schiphol Airport is 15 km away; take the train to Central Station then tram 17 or a taxi. The immediate neighbourhood is residential and quiet, with plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries, and bike rental outlets within a few minutes. The area is very walkable: Rembrandtplein is 2 km away, Westerpark is a pleasant walk, and the Red Light District is nearby without the noise.

Accommodation options range from Single and Twin to Small Double, Large Double, and Triple rooms. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe deposit box, and electric kettle. Canal-view rooms (Small or Large Double Canal View categories) are available. Triple rooms offer a double bed and a single bed, but are too small for an extra crib.
