Pension Homeland provides single, double, and family rooms. Each room features a private toilet and shower, complimentary Wi-Fi, a television, and windows that open. Rooms include a small safe and a mural by Jan Verburg. Family rooms accommodate up to four people.

Pension Homeland is located on the former historic naval base of Amsterdam. It is next to the Maritime Museum and within walking distance of Czaar Peterstraat, Utrechtsestraat, and Javastraat. The hotel is a 15-minute walk along the waterside from Amsterdam Central Station. Tram 26 from Central Station stops at Kattenburgerstraat, less than a 10-minute walk to the hotel.
