NOUVEL HOTEL EIFFEL, Paris

The hotel sits on Rue de Vaugirard in the 15th arrondissement, a calm residential area with many restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk. Volontaires metro (Line 12) is directly outside, providing direct access to Place de la Concorde, Pigalle, and Montmartre. Line 6 at Pasteur station (5 minutes on foot) connects to the Eiffel Tower area, Trocadéro, and Bercy. The area feels safe and lively, with the Blomet public swimming pool and a bakery opening at 7 AM right next door. For the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre, Volontaires is only 3 stops away. Walking to the Eiffel Tower takes about 20 minutes. The location is particularly convenient for solo travellers and those relying on public transport.

Rooms are divided into Classic, Club, Business, Deluxe, and Single categories. Classic and Deluxe rooms face the street with a Juliet balcony (a railing with no seating) and receive more natural light. Club and Business rooms overlook the quieter courtyard and are shadier. Deluxe rooms add a bathtub. The hotel has a lift but the stairs are steep. Bed size options include double and twin configurations; extra beds are not available. All rooms feature soundproofed walls, an HVAC system, safe, automatic alarm clock, hairdryer, and parquet flooring. The rooms are small-described as tight for two people-so they suit solo travellers or couples who plan to spend most of their time exploring. Daily housekeeping is included, and the cleaning team is thorough.

The hotel does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. For those wanting to swim, the Blomet public swimming pool (piscine Blomet) is located just two minutes away on foot. The surrounding neighbourhood offers pleasant streets for walking and several parks, including the Champ de Mars, a 20-minute stroll from the hotel.

The hotel provides free high-speed Wi-Fi in all areas. The 24-hour reception offers express check-in/out, free luggage storage (available before check-in and after check-out), and a concierge service that can help with taxi bookings, directions, and local recommendations. Daily housekeeping is free and includes fresh linens and towels. Safety features include a safety deposit box in each room, key card access, CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. Business services (fax/photocopying) are available for an additional charge. Parcel delivery can be accepted but only for small packages. Laundry service is not on site; a nearby pressing shop (sequoiapressing) offers an alternative. Parking is not available at the hotel; the private Bonvin Lecourbe car park is a 2-minute walk and costs 25€ for 24 hours (closed 23:30-06:30).
