The St. Charles Streetcar line is one block away, providing easy access to the Garden District and beyond. Louis Armstrong Park and Preservation Hall are within 400 metres. The hotel is approximately 30 minutes from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and about 8 km from the Port of New Orleans. No airport shuttle is available, but the front desk can arrange transportation. The area is highly walkable for dining, music venues, and sightseeing.

Room types include Traditional King, King Deluxe, Double Double Deluxe, Deluxe King with Balcony, Deluxe Double with Balcony, Junior Suite, VIP Suite, Parlor Suite, and the Carriage House - a two-bedroom, two-bath cottage with a wet bar and microwave.
