The hotel sits on a peaceful residential street yet is a short walk from the lively bars, restaurants and markets of De Pijp. Tram stops on Stadhouderskade and Oosteinde are 300 metres away, providing direct links to the Rijksmuseum, Leidse Square and Amsterdam Central Station (trams 4, 16 and 25). Koninklijk Theater Carré is a 5-minute walk, and Weesperplein metro station (300 metres) connects to Amsterdam Arena and Heineken Music Hall in about 19 minutes. A Lidl supermarket is directly across the street, and a wide choice of international restaurants is within a few minutes' walk.

All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The rooms are compact and functional, suited for travellers who plan to spend most of their time exploring. Due to the building's historic character, stairs are steep and there is no lift - rooms on upper floors may require climbing four flights. In some rooms the washbasin is in the bedroom rather than the bathroom, and the shower is often a wet-room design that leaves the toilet area wet after use. Sound insulation between rooms is limited, so noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard. A flat-screen TV, fridge and heating are provided; there is no air conditioning.

For morning meals, guests self-cater or eat out. A Lidl supermarket across the street offers groceries, and the surrounding De Pijp neighbourhood provides a wide range of international restaurants, cafes and bars within a few minutes' walk - including Chinese-Surinamese, Thai, Dutch and Vietnamese options. A coffee machine is available at reception (free of charge).

Beyond bicycle hire (additional charge), the hotel does not have its own leisure facilities. However, the location in De Pijp puts guests within walking distance of the Albert Cuyp market, Vondelpark, and numerous cultural attractions. The Heineken Experience is just a 5-minute walk away.

Reception is staffed from 10:00 to 18:00; outside these hours, a self-check-in system with a key box next to the entrance provides room keys. A €150 cash deposit per room is required on arrival and is refunded at check-out (refund may take up to 48 hours). Public parking is available nearby but cannot be reserved, costing €7.50 per hour or €40 per day. The hotel is strictly adults-only with a minimum check-in age of 21; children are not permitted.
