Rooms come with private or shared bathrooms (4 shared bathrooms per floor, some with walk-in showers, some with shower/bath). En suite rooms include a small fridge. The Mercantile Hotel's restaurant and bar is open from 11:00 to 21:00 daily. The menu features Irish classics (e.g., shamrock pie), burgers, and pub meals, with vegetarian and gluten-free options available. The bar serves Guinness and other beers, with a happy hour offering $8 pints. Kids' meals and special diet menus available on request. No room service; you can order from the bar and take food to your room. There is no breakfast served at the hotel. Numerous restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk in The Rocks area.

There is no spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool at the hotel.
