MOUNTAIN BREEZE MOTEL, Pigeon Forge

The motel's location on The Parkway puts you in the middle of the Pigeon Forge action. You can walk to dozens of restaurants, shops, and live shows, and many major attractions like Dollywood, Dollywood's Splash Country, WonderWorks, and the LeConte Center are just a short drive or a pleasant walk. A footbridge across the highway provides easy pedestrian access to the LeConte Center and other nearby venues. Free private parking is available on site (no reservation needed), making it easy to drive to Gatlinburg (3 km to the golf course), the Smoky Mountains, or the airport (51 minutes by car). The immediate area is safe and well-lit, with plenty of dining and shopping within a five-minute walk, including Hardee's, Domino's, IHOP, and Alamo Steak House directly across the parking lot.

All rooms feature laminate or tile flooring (no carpet, which helps maintain a high standard of cleanliness), air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV with cable and HBO, a micro fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and a phone. Private bathrooms include a tub/shower combination, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The property offers a variety of room types: standard 2-queen or single king/queen units, handicap-accessible rooms with recliners and ground-floor access (request at booking), and jacuzzi suites with a king bed and in-room hot tub. The family suites feature a separate bedroom with a queen bed, a living area with a sofa sleeper, a full kitchen, and a dining table. A shared balcony runs the length of the building, furnished with rocking chairs and outdoor seating, so you can enjoy the fresh mountain air without needing a private balcony.

Breakfast is a self-service continental offering with a limited but popular selection: Krispy Kreme doughnuts (brought in fresh each morning), oatmeal, grits, and pop tarts, along with coffee, hot chocolate, and apple cider. The lobby also has a 24-hour snack station with fresh popcorn, homemade cookies, and individually wrapped snacks. For lunch and dinner, there is no on-site restaurant, but the location is ideal for exploring nearby dining. Directly across the parking lot you'll find Alamo Steak House and Bennetts BBQ; within a five-minute walk are Hardee's, Domino's, IHOP, and Papa John's. A variety of chain and local restaurants, including Old Mill Restaurant and Applewood Restaurant, are just a few minutes' drive or walk away.

The seasonal outdoor heated pool is open from approximately March 1 through November (weather permitting) and is kept open as late as Thanksgiving. The pool area includes a shallow end and is surrounded by a fence, with a pool with a view and sun loungers. The hot tub/jacuzzi is also heated and available 24 hours a day, making it a popular spot for relaxing after a long day at the attractions. A separate kiddie pool is located next to the main pool so the whole family can enjoy the water. Towels are provided. The property also has a small spa and wellness centre. Guests can enjoy the picnic area with outdoor furniture and enjoy the mountain views from the shared balcony rocking chairs. For those who prefer a quieter activity, the motel is a short walk from the LeConte Center and many live shows like Country Tonite and Smoky Mountain Jubilee.
