NETS INN APARTMENTS - SAINT LAZARE, Paris

Nets Inn Apartments - Saint Lazare sits in a prime, safe area of the 8th arrondissement, within walking distance (under 30 minutes) to iconic sites such as the Opéra Garnier, the Louvre, Sacré-Cœur, and the Champs-Élysées. The Liège metro station (line 13) is 2 minutes away, making travel across the city easy without a car. Gare Saint-Lazare (500 m) provides train access to Versailles and other suburbs. The area is secure, with a low crime rate, and is ideal for walking tours - many key attractions are reachable on foot. Supermarkets (Carrefour, Monoprix) and bakeries are within a short walk. Driving is not recommended due to the lack of parking and limited car access.

The property offers studios and one-bedroom apartments that are compact but include a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils, as well as a dining area. Bed types vary: some have 1 double bed and a sofa bed (which some say is uncomfortable for two adults), while others have 2 separate bedrooms with 1 queen bed each and a living room sofa bed. A two-bedroom apartment can sleep up to 5 (with sofa bed). Some ground-floor and street-facing rooms have thin walls and windows that allow street noise - upper-floor courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. Some apartments have a private sauna. The rooms are functional but basic, with low-quality beds and pillows; the bathrooms are small, with tiny sinks and low water pressure.

The property does not offer a restaurant or breakfast service. The kitchenette in each apartment is equipped with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Around the corner are several bakeries (with affordable croissants and pastries) and many international restaurants within 300 m, including Thai, Indian, and sushi options. A Carrefour market and Monoprix are also within a 2-minute walk for groceries and takeaway.

Some apartments include a functional sauna, though its performance is not guaranteed to be fully working in all units. The surrounding area offers ice-skating and boating options, plus easy walking access to the Moulin Rouge, Sacré-Cœur, and the Latin Quarter.

The property provides free Wi-Fi throughout. There is a lift serving all floors. Express and private check-in/out are available via a self-sufficient digital code system - codes are sent on the day of arrival. A secure luggage storage service in the building costs €15 per day; this can be used if you arrive before 3 PM or after 11 AM on departure. There is no parking on site, and no pet policy allows animals. No housekeeping or linen change is provided during stays (only on arrival day). No laundry service is offered, but a laundromat is 5 minutes away on foot. Fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and CCTV in common areas are in place. The property does not accept deposits.
