No. 53 Frederick Street provides rooms inside a Georgian townhouse dating from circa 1820. The bedrooms feature individual designs. Rooms retain classic elements like original carved Adam fire surrounds, Scots pine paneling, and cornicing, with en-suite shower rooms. Room options range from small doubles to family and triple rooms. One room has a separate private bathroom across the hall with a bath and shower. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with Sky Satellite Entertainment, Sports & Cinema Package, and free Ultrafast Virgin Wi-Fi. Amenities include a wardrobe, an electric kettle, and city views. Some rooms have flat-screen TV/DVD player, and tea/coffee making facilities. Available are rooms with one double bed, rooms with three beds, and rooms with two beds.

Breakfast choices include freshly prepared cooked breakfasts, continental options, vegetarian options, Belgian waffles, or breakfast rolls.
