The hotel sits on Helgolandsgade, a street known for active nightlife. City Hall Square and Strøget shopping street are a 10-minute walk. Central Station is 5 minutes on foot, giving direct rail access to the airport (14-minute regional train ride). Numerous international restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are within a 2-minute radius. The area is walkable but can be noisy at night due to clubs and street activity.

Rooms are compact and simply furnished: a bed, small table, hangers, and a washbasin. Flooring is carpeted or parquet. Heating is provided but no air conditioning; windows must be opened for ventilation, which lets in street noise. Soundproofing is minimal, and noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms is common. Beds are comfortable per many reports, but pillows are thin. Some rooms have garden views. Quadruple rooms with 3 beds are available. No TVs in all rooms; some have none. Bring earplugs for a better sleep. Suitable for solo travellers, couples, and small groups on a budget.

The breakfast buffet includes continental, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Because the hotel has no restaurant, guests can use the free shared kitchen (with kettle, microwave, fridge) for self-catering. A bar and lounge area serve drinks and snacks.
