Copenhagen Central Station is 500 metres away, and the airport can be reached by train in 12 minutes. Major attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, City Hall Square, and the Strøget shopping street are within a 5-minute walk. The area offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Public transport connections are excellent, with buses and trains providing easy access across the city. The hotel's central position makes it ideal for both sightseeing and business.

Room categories include Classic Single (120 cm bed), Classic Queen (160 cm bed), Classic Twin (two 90 cm beds), and triple rooms with either a double and single or three singles. For families, the Classic Queen Four and Classic Twin Four offer additional sofa beds accommodating up to four, while the Superior King Four (47 m2) and Superior King Six (two bedrooms, two bathrooms) provide extra space and premium comfort. Superior rooms feature air conditioning, larger bathrooms, and a selection of pillows. Many standard rooms have fully opening windows but no air conditioning; portable fans are available on request. Rooms facing Vesterport station can experience train noise; earplugs are provided. For a quieter stay, request a room overlooking the tennis court or inner courtyard. Balconies are available only in rooms 601-615 on the sixth floor, overlooking the street.
