The hotel sits within a 3-minute walk of Copenhagen Central Station, giving direct rail and metro access to the airport, the city centre, and beyond. Tivoli Gardens and Rådhuspladsen are about a 5-minute walk. Bus line 5C from the airport stops near the station, and the 23 bus stops directly outside, offering panoramic routes past major attractions. The area has a convenience store (7-Eleven) next door and over a dozen Asian and other restaurants within 300 metres. The main shopping street, Strøget, is a 15-minute walk, and Nyhavn is about 30 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood around Istedgade can be lively at night. For a car-free city trip, the location works well; tram and metro stops are extremely close.

Accommodation ranges from single economy rooms (very compact, with a narrow single bed and a sink in the room) to double and triple rooms with either private bathrooms or shared corridor facilities. Standard rooms have a private bathroom with a shower. Beds can be moved to separate single beds in some rooms. Rooms have heating, a flat-screen TV with cable, YouTube, and Netflix apps, and a wardrobe. Some rooms also feature a seating area. Rooms at the back are generally quieter, while street-facing rooms can be affected by traffic and late-night bar noise from the surrounding streets. Walls are thin, so sound from the corridor and neighbouring rooms is likely. Air conditioning is not available but fans can be rented at reception. Double beds are typically two single beds pushed together. There is no hot-drink-making equipment in rooms, though a hot water machine is available near reception.

The breakfast buffet runs from 06:30 to 10:00 daily and costs 120 DKK per person. It includes freshly baked bread, ham, cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, a salad selection, preserves, tea, fruit juice, and coffee from a machine. The breakfast room and the inner courtyard terrace, when weather permits, provide a pleasant setting for the meal. It is not possible to take food or drink out of the dining room. Lunch and dinner are not served on site, but the reception sells snacks and drinks, and there are several cafés and restaurants within a short walk.

The hotel rents bicycles for 140 DKK per day, a cheaper option than most independent rental shops. Copenhagen is a flat, cycle-friendly city and the bike is a practical way to reach attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, the lakes, and the harbour area. For cyclists arriving by their own bike, a locked backyard is available for parking. There is no pool, spa, or gym on site.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The lobby has a free internet computer. Luggage storage is free and can be used before check-in and after check-out; there is also a luggage room with scales for weighing bags. Reception is open 24 hours, making late arrivals simple. Daily housekeeping is included and free. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available for an additional fee, though the self-service washing machine may be worn.
