The hotel sits in the Zuidas business district (South Axis), home to ING, ABN-Amro, and Akzo Nobel. Amsterdam Zuid station - a 2-minute walk - connects to Schiphol Airport in 6 minutes by direct train and to the city centre in 8 minutes via metro line 52 (to Dam Square). Tram 5 reaches Museumplein in 12 minutes and Leidseplein in 20 minutes. The RAI Convention Centre is a 15-minute walk away. The area is quiet outside business hours, but several cafés, restaurants and a Starbucks are within a 5-minute walk. The A10 ring road is easily accessed by car, and the highway is not audible from front-facing rooms.

Rooms are built around the 'Qbi' concept: a modular unit containing the bed, open-plan designer bathroom, desk and flat-screen TV with cable channels. Mattresses are from Hästens, Auping or Eastborn. All rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, parquet floors, a safe, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, and adjustable mood lighting. The No View room has no window at all. Basic Rooms have a window facing the WTC courtyard; Basic Urban Rooms face the street (not audible from the highway). Large Rooms offer extra floor space and a separate single Auping bed, making them suitable for families with one child. The bathroom is a private pod with a rain shower, but the toilet and shower space is compact, and the bathroom door does not lock closed - only overlaps the wall. Windows cannot be opened for fresh air. Some rooms have reported inconsistent air conditioning performance. The integrated bed-bathroom design means the whole unit can vibrate slightly during shower use.

The continental breakfast buffet (€17.50 per person) includes freshly baked bread, croissants, eggs, English breakfast items, cheese, meat, hummus, yoghurt, fruit, juices and unlimited coffee or tea. Served weekdays 7:00-10:30 and weekends 7:00-11:00. A smaller breakfast-to-go (€6.50) includes a hot drink, juice, mini croissant or pain au chocolat and a piece of fruit. The Grab & Go corner offers beer, wine, sandwiches, snacks and yoghurt for purchase throughout the day. Vegetarian options are available on request at breakfast. No restaurant or evening meals are provided.

The hotel does not have a spa, swimming pool or fitness centre. Bicycles are available to rent for €15 per 3 hours or €20 per full day (first come, first served). If bikes are sold out, a local rental company (Black Bikes) is located nearby. The shared lounge and living area has free tea, coffee and hot drinks, and a TV area. The Zuidas business district itself is more suited to work trips than leisure, but the excellent public transport links put all of Amsterdam's museums, parks and nightlife within 10-20 minutes.

Wi-Fi is free and fast throughout the hotel. Self check-in kiosks are available at all hours, complemented by a 24-hour front desk. Express check-in/out, private check-in/out and safety deposit boxes are offered. Luggage storage is free and available both before check-in and after check-out; the luggage room has a power socket suitable for charging e-bikes. Daily housekeeping is included. A lift serves all floors. The hotel is adults-only; children can only be accommodated in Large or Family rooms (cot provided). No airport shuttle service is available - the train station is a 2-minute walk. An iron is available on request.
