RESIDENCE INN BY MARRIOTT JACKSONVILLE SOUTH BARTRAM PARK, Jacksonville

The hotel is situated directly off Interstate 95, making downtown Jacksonville, TIAA Bank Field, and the Museum of Science & History a short drive away. It is 11 km from Mandarin Museum, 25 km from Theatre Jacksonville, and about 40 km from the Mayo Clinic. Within a half-mile walk, you will find multiple chain restaurants (Zaxby's, Chipotle, Bono's Pit Bar-B-Q) and a Publix grocery store. A pond with a walking path circles the property, ideal for morning strolls or exercising pets. Despite its highway proximity, the area remains quiet and well-lit. A car is recommended for reaching most attractions, as public transport options are limited.

Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, quiche, sausage, waffles, cereals, oatmeal with various toppings, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The selection is generally generous, though service hours (typically 6:30-9:30) and food temperature can be inconsistent; arriving early is recommended. The bar offers a happy hour menu with drinks and light food. No full-service restaurant is available, but a minimarket sells snacks and essentials. Many dining options are within walking distance if you wish to eat out, but the on-site breakfast and bar remain the primary paid food services.

The pool is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00 and is not heated. The fitness centre is free and well-equipped. Guests can also enjoy a putting green, BBQ facilities, and an outdoor fireplace. The pondside walking path is popular for relaxation. Entertainment includes board games and puzzles. No spa or additional wellness services are available.

Free private parking requires no reservation but can fill at night; overflow is available at adjacent hotels. Pets are permitted for a 100$ non-refundable fee per stay (max 2). The business centre, meeting rooms (additional charge), and fax services are available. Luggage storage is complimentary. Daily housekeeping is included; laundry is available for a fee. The hotel has a lift, designated smoking area, and facilities for disabled guests. Safety features include CCTV, key card access, and a safety deposit box. Minimum check-in age is 21.
