HYATT PLACE GAINESVILLE DOWNTOWN, Gainesville

Room types include double, family, and quadruple configurations, with one to three beds per unit. All rooms feature a private bathroom with a walk-in shower or traditional tub, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. Standard amenities include a wardrobe, safe deposit box, and work desk. Some rooms offer a sofa bed for additional sleeping capacity. The building's newer construction provides modern furnishings and parquet flooring, but sound insulation between rooms and from the street is limited. For a quieter experience, consult the front desk about room placement at the time of booking or check-in.

The breakfast is included in the room rate and rotates daily, featuring eggs, pancakes, Canadian bacon, waffle station, oatmeal, and more. Coffee, tea, and fruit-infused water are provided. The Placery serves brunch, lunch, dinner, and cocktails in a modern, family-friendly ambience. Special diet menus are available on request. The lobby bar offers snacks, wine, and champagne for an additional charge. For quick self-catering, the lobby Market has a 24/7 microwave; note that guest rooms do not include microwaves.

The heated pool is open all year, with towels and sun loungers provided. The fitness centre is free for guests and includes cardio machines, free weights, and two Peloton bikes. The sun terrace and outdoor furniture offer lounge space, and the outdoor fireplace creates a social setting. The fitness centre and pool are available during operating hours; no hot tub is on site. The pool area's tiled floor can be slippery when wet, so caution is advised.
