ROOMS MEDIAVILLA, Madrid

The property is in a district that is not central, with several bars and restaurants within a 0.5 km radius. The area is convenient for accessing bus and train stops within a few minutes' walk, providing direct connections to the city centre. However, the neighborhood is considered less safe, especially at night, and parking is unavailable. The airport is 13 km away. The location offers affordable accommodation but requires careful planning for late arrivals or departures.

Rooms are compact, each containing a bed, TV, and work desk. Air conditioning is provided through a central vent that cannot be individually controlled, which can make rooms very cold. Many rooms lack windows and natural ventilation, causing stuffiness and noise from the corridor. Sound insulation is minimal; hallway and neighboring room noise is clearly audible. Beds are often reported as very soft or worn, and pillows are old and flat. Housekeeping is absent; bedding and towels are not changed during stays. The rooms are suitable only for a very short, budget-conscious overnight stay.
