ROOM SWEET ROOM 1, Bologna

The property sits in a residential neighbourhood on the 2nd floor (stairs only). The tram stop for lines 14 and 21 is directly in front of the building, providing a 10-minute ride to Piazza Maggiore and the Archiginnasio. The stadium is within walking distance, making this a practical choice for match days. Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is 7 km away. A large free parking lot is a 3-minute walk, ideal for car arrivals on weekends. Several restaurants, a pastry shop, and a pizzeria are within 0.3-1 km.

The double room with private bathroom features a spacious layout, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, city views, and complimentary tea/coffee facilities with a capsule machine. The private bathroom includes a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. A welcome touch of chocolates or pastries is provided. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and quiet. For lighter sleepers, the residential setting keeps noise low. Shared-bathroom rooms are also clean and functional. The entire property is non-smoking.

In-room breakfast basics are offered: a capsule coffee machine, tea, water, and brioche or pastries - ideal for a quick start. For a more substantial meal, Pasticceria Charme (0.5 km) serves pastries and coffee, Pizzeria Il Buco (0.5 km) offers pizza, and Trattoria Boni (0.5 km) provides a sit-down dinner option. Further choices include Bar Pasticceria Minny (0.5 km) and Latteria Fontana (1 km). The property itself does not have a restaurant or bar.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or sauna on the property. The nearby stadium (1 km) is accessible on foot for events. The city centre's cultural landmarks, shops, and restaurants are a 10-minute tram ride away, making this a convenient base for exploring Bologna rather than a leisure-destination hotel.

Services include free Wi-Fi throughout, an express self check-in/out system with clear digital instructions, and luggage storage. A minimarket on site offers basic supplies. The property also has a hairdresser/beauty shop and a barber. 24-hour security, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key-card access are in place. Parking is public and nearby (free at weekends, charges may apply weekdays; no reservation possible). Reception is not staffed around the clock; check-in is managed via self-service or by prior arrangement with the host.
