All suites are one-bedroom layouts spanning 47 m² (47 m²), featuring a private bedroom, separate living area with a sofa bed, and a balcony. Bed configurations include one queen, two single, or one king bed, plus a sofa bed. Most suites have in-unit washer/dryer (except some ocean-view high-floor suites). Kitchens are fully equipped with a fridge, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and tableware. Bathrooms are private with a walk-in shower or tub/shower combo. Road-facing rooms can experience street noise, and rooms near the elevator may hear hallway sounds.

There is no standalone restaurant within the hotel, but Moxie's Restaurant is attached and offers a full menu of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
